Frozen Upside Down Key Lime Pie Cups
- 2 packages S+F Gavin’s Cinnamon Granola
- 3-4 5oz containers Key Lime flavored Greek Yogurt
- Use a lined muffin tin
- Fill each muffin cup about ¼” with granola to make the crust
- Scoop the yogurt on top of the granola until muffin cup is about half full and smooth
- Freeze for 2 hours
- Remove creation from liner and flip
- Devour the tasty, refreshing treat!

Cut the sugar by making your own key lime Greek Yogurt – combine 2 cups Greek yogurt with 1-2 T fresh squeezed lime juice and ½-1 T lime zest. Add sweetener of your choice to taste, if desired. Mix everything together until perfectly limey and refreshing! Use as directed above.
