The Office Manager role is a great opportunity to bring your administrative skills to the table and play a critical role in our growing company.

What You Can Do:

  • Administrative support for executive team (CEO, CFO, CMO, EVP) including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel, etc
  • Prepare + coordinate materials for executive meetings (collect information, draft presentations, create meeting agendas, etc.)
  • Manage + order office supplies
  • Packaging + shipping product samples
  • Planning + coordinating team events
  • MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Mac products preferred
