What You’ll Need…

  • 1 ripe banana (1/2 cup, mashed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 2 cup Safe + Fair Banana Bread Granola
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1/2 cup banana chips

What You’ll Do…

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F & line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the mashed banana with all of the other ingredients until well combined.
  3. Spread evenly in a square baking pan & bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven & let cool.
  5. Once cooled, slice into bars or squares & enjoy!
