Ready to step up snacking on the go & school lunches. Let's bake!
What You’ll Need…
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed (about 1.5 cups)
- ½ cup sunflower butter
- ¼ cup agave
- ¼ cup mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Granola
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder + ½ cup brown rice flour
- ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips
What You’ll Do…
- In a food processor, combine beans, binder, sunflower butter, banana, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Â Add the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Granola, cocoa powder, and brown rice flour and pulse to combine.
- Check the consistency. If spreadable, stir in the chocolate chips. If it’s too dry, add ¼ cup of water & pulse until you reach a spreadable consistency and stir in the chocolate chips.
- Grease 13×9 pan with baking spray or rub with 1 tablespoon oil, then spread mixture into pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
- Cut into desired granola bar shape and size. Enjoy!
