Vegan BTS Breakfast Bars
Yields: Approximately 12 bars Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 20-25 minutes
What You’ll Need…
- 1 cup Banana Bread Granola
- 1 cup Remy's Grahams
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter, sunflower seed butter, or another alternative option
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Mix-ins of choice! Our favorites are dried fruit, banana chips, chocolate chips, and crushed yogurt covered pretzels.
What You’ll Do…
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the Banana Bread Granola, Remy's Grahams, chia seeds, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
