What You Need

What You’ll Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350* 
  2. Line a 9x13 rectangular cake pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, add the two bags of brownie mix, protein powder, eggs, melted butter and milk.
  4. Stir together until everything is fully incorporated and you have a smooth thick brownie batter.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared cake pan.
  6. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
  7. Let cool completely before frosting with the chocolate ganache .

Chocolate Ganache

What You Need

  • 18 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp room temperature butter, cut into cubes 

What You’ll Do

  1. In a small saucepan, gently warm the heavy cream.
  2. In a separate bowl, add in your chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the warm heavy cream over the chocolate chips and allow the heat to slowly melt the chocolate.
  4. Start to stir everything together until chocolate is nearly completely melted.
  5. Fold in the melted butter and stir until ganache is shiny and smooth.
  6. Pour over cooled brownies and top with rainbow sprinkles.
  7. Place brownies in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set, and then cut to desired size + enjoy!
