What You’ll Need…

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (or dairy-free alternative or silken tofu)
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or dairy-free alternative cheddar cheese)
  • 1/2 cup Honey Crisp Apple Pie Granola
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped honeycrisp apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Apple slices, Remy’s Grahams, crackers, or pretzels for serving

What You’ll Do…

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Use a hand mixer or a sturdy spatula to mix until the cheeses are well blended and creamy.
  2. Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, chopped apple, and chopped pecans (if using).
  3. Once everything is mixed together, use your hands to form the mixture into a ball shape. Don’t worry about making it perfect; a rustic look adds to its charm!
  4. Pour the Honey Crisp Apple Pie Granola onto a plate. Roll the cheese ball in the granola until it’s fully coated.
  5. Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and to firm up the cheese ball.
  6. When you’re ready to serve, pair the cheese ball with apple slices, Remy’s Grahams, crackers, or pretzels.
