What You’ll Need…
- 2 cups almond or soy milkÂ
- 2 frozen bananas
- 4 medjool dates
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (make sure it's vegan if you are!)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ cup pasteurized liquid egg substitute or ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup crushed Remy’s Grahams
- sprinkle nutmeg & cinnamon, extra (to garnish)
What You’ll Do…
- Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in the blender.
- Blend on high for 30 – 40 seconds, or until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- Pour into two chilled glasses.
- Add garnish (just a sprinkle of ground nutmeg and cinnamon) and a handful of crushed Remy's Grahams.
